Scope

Provide instrumentation & electrical trade services, equipment, materials & management to complete the I&E installation of 5 Sales Gas Compressors & PLC Connections.

Preliminary Activities

Develop project management plans, provide site safety and quality management, maintain project coordination with client representatives, provide human resource management, manage critical path to meet deadlines.

Project Activities

Provide full installation management to develop site installation within tight deadlines. Work alongside other contractors. Install instrumentation and electrical cabling to all system components and safety control cabling. Provide MDR for all completed work.
