Scope: Provide mechanical, civil, instrumentation & electrical trade services, equipment, materials & management to complete the installation of polyethylene gathering network, Infield Flare, Lease Installations, I&E Installations & Commissioning.

Preliminary Activities: Develop project management plans, provide site safety and quality management, maintain project coordination with client representatives, provide human resource management, manage equipment and site facilities, manage critical path to meet deadlines.

Project Activities: Provide full installation management and construction activities to develop the first multi-well ‘turn-key’ site installation within tight deadlines. Provide MDR for all completed work.
